Affiliate programs and structured tool pages

Highlights:

• Finished up the affiliates program page! This was really easy to do by just adding a few fields for affiliate program information in the same Airtable table that I'm using the for the Tool Directory. Glad I made the switch.

More stuff I did:

• Added a bunch more tools to the directory. There's still a backlog of 200+ from the newsletter that aren't in it yet, but I'm slowly getting there...

• Updated the individual tool pages to include affiliate program descriptions and links. Also added in subcategories for tools since it's hard to classify the tool as just one thing. This is better for SEO too.

• Because of the last bullet point, I changed up the individual tool pages to be more a like a mini-blog post (with links to the full corresponding blog posts when they exist). Since there's more information now, it's nice to have the page be more structured. And again, better for SEO as well.

Minor things you wouldn't care much about but I do:

• I've officially switched back to Chrome, which means this did not age well. Arc just does not handle bookmarks very well.
